Legal Requirements:- 
Couple should be resident at the hotel at least 04 days prior to the date of the wedding. ceremony 
will take place in the hotel premises from 08.00am -06.00p.m. 
 (Except on public holidays) 
No one under 21 years is permitted to marry in Sri Lanka according to government regulations.

Birth certificate of the couple 
If divorced or widowed, relevant certificates

Ceremony Arrangements - 
• An traditional decorated platform "Poruwa" on which the ceremony will be conducted 
• Hire of traditional Srilankan wedding dress for the Bride 
• Bouquet for the Bride and buttonhole for the Bridegroom 
• Floral decor in the ceremony area 
• Girls dressed in traditional saree will sing traditional songs "Jayamangala Gatha" 
• Civil Celebrant and the “Kapu mahattaya ” to bless the couple 
• Traditional Kandyan Drummers and dancers 
• Wedding cake -500gms edible 
• Wedding album consisting of 20 photographs -5"x 7" 
• Sparkling wine to toast during ceremony 
• Free DVD system video coverage of the whole ceremony 
• Sparkling honeymoon brunch will be served in the bridal room 
• Basket of fruit and flowers in the bridal room

* Порува (подиум) — возвышение, на котором стоят брачующиеся во время свадебной церемонии. Вся традиционная часть церемонии проходит на поруве. Обычно она декорирована белым жасмином или розовым и белым лотосом. Иногда порува сооружается из мягких листьев кокосовых пальм. В каждом углу порувы — Pun-Kalas — глиняная или медная ваза с букетом цветов кокосовой пальмы. На каждом кувшине горит маленькая глиняная лампа. Pun Kalas используется в торжественных случаях и считается добрым знаком. На полу порувы лежит белое сукно, по которому рассыпан рис и монеты, дарующие богатство и плодородие.
